"Pretty good follow-up after some tweaks"
I had to get a few little refinements done, and the follow-up was good. The dentist kept checking in with me here and there until everything felt about right.

"Site was a bit confusing to use"
I had a hard time finding basic info on the website, and a few pages kept sending me in circles. I ended up contacting support, and they were basically like, “Try this section instead” and “That info should be under the help page,” which did help a little. Still, it felt like it took way more clicking around than it should have.

"I was a little nervous about the cost..."
I was a little nervous about the cost at first, but the monthly payments made it way more manageable. For what I’m getting, it feels fair. My teeth are actually moving, and I don’t have to deal with all the metal braces stuff. The check-ins have been easy too. Definitely not the cheapest option, but I do feel like I’m getting good value.

"Decent look, but not as invisible as I hoped"
They definitely look better than regular braces, which I appreciated, but they weren’t totally invisible. A few people still noticed them now and then. For the price, I guess I expected them to be a little more hidden, but overall they’re not bad...

"Done quicker than I expected"
I was bracing myself for another long, drawn-out service situation, so I was relieved when everything wrapped up in just 8 months. After dealing with so many delays elsewhere, it was nice to finally have something finish faster than I thought.

i had a question about my invisalign account and wasn’t sure who to reach out to. customer service got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. they were friendly too, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. the whole thing was simple, and i really appreciated the help.

"A little rough at first, but seems to be helping"
The first week was sore and tight, so it wasn’t the most comfortable start. That said, it did get easier after a few days, and I’m starting to feel like it’s making a difference. Not perfect so far, but I’m happy with the progress and hoping it keeps improving.

"My provider really knew what she was doing"
I was nervous about starting Invisalign, and I know some people might think it’s not a big deal, but it was for me. My provider took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, and she didn’t make me feel rushed or silly for asking questions.

Every visit, she noticed little things I definitely wouldn’t have caught and made adjustments when needed. Say what you want, but I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time

"I’m really happy with these aligners..."
I’m really happy with these aligners so far. They fit nice and snug without feeling like they’re trying to destroy my mouth, which is a huge win. The edges are smooth and barely rub at all, and taking them out to clean is super easy. They also feel sturdy and well-made, not cheap or flimsy like I was half-expecting. Overall, they’ve been way more comfortable than I thought aligners could be.

My teeth are definitely looking straighter now, so I can’t really say it doesn’t work. The end result was decent, and I do feel more okay smiling in photos than I did before.

The whole process just feel longer than I expected. A few of the trays were really tight, and then I had to get refinements, which was kind of frustrating. I also was needing to follow up for updates sometimes, so that part wasn’t great.

Overall, it did what it was supposed to do, but it wasn’t as easy or quick as I was hoping. I’m glad my teeth came out better, but the experience itself could’ve been smoother. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

"The aligners seemed fine when I first..."
The aligners seemed fine when I first put them in, but after a few hours they started rubbing my gums badly. A couple of the trays felt way too tight and were a pain to take out. I get that they’re supposed to be snug, but this felt more irritating than expected. When I reached out, the whole process also made me feel a bit like a ticket number instead of an actual person. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not very comfortable for me.
